This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working with premium fresh fish and seafood products. Key Responsibilities Filleting, skinning, pin-boning and portioning a wide variety of fresh fish Preparing whole fish for sale and display Shucking oysters and scallops Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, food safety and product quality Supporting wider operational activities during busy periods Working efficiently within a chilled food production environment Assisting with sourcing and purchasing activities where required About You
