What youll do Manage your own desk with genuine autonomy Support the wider team with your experience, ideas, and energy Pick up the phone confidently
winning new business is essential Build real relationships with clients and candidates across the UK (and further afield) Bring your own style to the role
bonus points if youve worked with manufacturing clients, but its not essential

Who you are A recruiter with a couple of years proven experience within the role of Recruitment Consultant (agency) Specialist Recruiter / Niche Agency . In house may not work as we need proven experience that you are a hunter. Someone who values relationships but isnt shy about business development Confident picking up the phone and creating opportunities Ideally familiar with manufacturing recruitment
but were open-minded Ready for a role where youre treated like an adult, not a KPI statistic
