A leading FMCG manufacturing site in Kent is seeking an electrically-biased Maintenance Engineer to join its high-performance operations team. This is a full-time, permanent role on fixed shifts, offering stability, strong earning potential, and the chance to work with modern high-speed production and packaging equipment.

We are specifically looking for multi-skilled engineers with strong electrical fault-finding capability, ideally with hands-on experience across pharmaceutical, personal care, filling lines, canning lines, bottling lines, or similar high-speed packaging machinery. Please note: sponsorship is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across high-speed production equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance line performance and reliability
  • Work closely with production teams to optimise machine efficiency and reduce waste
  • Complete engineering documentation, maintenance logs, and compliance records
  • Assist with equipment changeovers, setups, and mechanical adjustments
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
