The Role:
- You’ll be part of a skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining, fault-finding, and improving production machinery across a fast-paced food facility.
- The site runs a 4 on 4 off pattern (days & nights), offering a great work/life balance and a competitive salary package.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Electrical maintenance, fault-finding & repairs
- Supporting planned & reactive engineering tasks
- Working with production teams to minimise downtime
- Ensuring safe, compliant engineering practices
- Contributing to continuous improvement on site
Salary & Benefits:
- £37,376 base salary
- 30% shift allowance (£11,212.80)
- Total package: £48,588.80
- 4 on 4 off (days & nights)

Who We’re Looking For:
- Time-served Electrical Engineer
- Experience in food, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Strong fault-finding skills (17th or 18th edition)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive team player
