We are a specialist recruitment business focused on the FMCG, food manufacturing and engineering sectors across the UK and Ireland. We partner with a wide range of businesses, from growing manufacturers to major industry names, supporting them with permanent and interim recruitment across Operations, Technical, Engineering, NPD, Commercial and Supply Chain functions.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to the team.

The Role

  • This is a full 360 recruitment role managing both client relationships and candidate delivery across the FMCG and manufacturing sectors.
  • The position would suit someone with previous recruitment experience or somebody from industry looking to move into recruitment.
  • You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, managing recruitment processes and helping grow key accounts across the business.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
  • Writing and advertising job descriptions.
  • Building talent pipelines within FMCG and food manufacturing sectors.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and candidate records.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience preferred, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, engineering or technical recruitment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards or CRM systems would be beneficial.
