Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety, product quality and traceability.

Ensure products meet customer specifications, with accurate labelling and consistent process compliance.

Monitor performance and improve yield, labour efficiency, waste and product giveaway.

Organise staffing, team rotation, holidays and absence cover.

Develop your team through training and performance management, ensuring systems are used correctly and issues are escalated promptly.

A wee bit about the business

My client is a food manufacturer with a strong focus on product quality, food safety and delivering for their customers. Their values centre on treating people with respect, taking responsibility and supporting each other to improve.

A strong team leader who can motivate people, set clear expectations and manage performance.

Good numeracy and attention to detail.

Clear spoken and written English to support safety, quality and team communication.

Someone adaptable who takes ownership, learns quickly and supports others’ development.
