You'll work closely with the wider Technical team, Production, Engineering, and NPD acting as the systems specialist who keeps the factory audit-ready and aligned with customer and legislative requirements.

- Lead internal audits, schedule audit plans, and ensure timely close-out of non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Support HACCP and food safety teams with record-keeping, verification, and updates.
- Technical Systems & Data
- Manage site technical systems (e.g., digital QMS platforms, traceability tools, incident reporting systems).
- Ensure accurate technical data capture and trending for complaints, audits, micro results, and non-conformances.
- Support the technical function with system upgrades, continuous improvement projects, and process mapping.
- Audit & Customer Support
- Support BRCGS, retailer, and third-party audits with documentation, evidence packs, and system demonstrations.
- Help maintain compliance across calibration, traceability, allergen management, and supplier approval documentation.
- Prepare audit reports and ensure actions are completed to agreed timescales.
- Training & Internal Support
- Train and support colleagues on QMS changes, document control, and compliance expectations.
- Work with Production, Hygiene, and Engineering to ensure records, checks, and verifications are completed correctly.
- Promote a culture of right-first-time and continuous improvement across the site.

- Opportunity to shape and improve site technical systems.
- A supportive team environment within a growing food manufacturing business.
- Development and training opportunities.
