Based on the stunning shores of the West Coast of Scotland, our client is looking for a Sous Chef who’s passionate about fresh ingredients, coastal flavours and creating consistently great dishes.
You’ll work closely with their Head Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences in a supportive, well-organised and genuinely enjoyable environment.
- What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Preparing and presenting high-quality seafood dishes
- Leading the team when the Head Chef is off perfecting their golf swing
- Keeping standards high and consistency spot-on
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and waste reduction
- Contributing ideas to seasonal menu development
- Helping build a positive, motivated kitchen culture
