The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business supplying major retail and foodservice customers across the UK and Ireland.
Following continued investment and growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Managing Director to lead the business through its next phase of development.

The Role
Reporting to the business owner, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the business, ensuring operational excellence while delivering sustainable growth.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop strategy, strengthen customer relationships and create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the business.
- Lead and develop the senior leadership team.
- Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, engineering, technical, supply chain and commercial functions.
- Deliver improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality and profitability.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and foodservice customers.
