Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead the QA and Hygiene teams at our East Kilbride food manufacturing site. This role is responsible for ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety, while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team development. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of implementing robust quality standards in previous roles, coaching and developing teams effectively, and challenging existing processes to drive operational excellence.
