Job Description Production Manager – Food Manufacturing Location: Belfast Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent I’m supporting a well-established and growing food manufacturer in County Down who is looking to recruit a Production Manager to join their site leadership team. This is a key role within the business, overseeing day-to-day production, leading a large team, and driving a high-performance, quality, and safety culture. This would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid background in food manufacturing, and enjoys being close to the shop floor.
