We’re supporting an innovative and purpose-driven food manufacturer in their search for an NPD Technologist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in developing and improving products from concept through to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing and Production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support NPD/EPD projects across the full development lifecycle
- Develop, trial, and optimise recipes and processes
- Source ingredients and manage technical data (costs, specs, nutritional info)
- Conduct product testing
- Maintain accurate documentation and project timelines
- Support factory trials and scale-ups
