The Role
We are looking for an organised and practical Farm Liaison Manager to act as the main point of contact for a network of agricultural producers. You will visit farms regularly, ensure compliance with welfare and assurance standards, and coordinate the practical aspects of supply — including audits, packaging, sampling, and data reporting. This position combines field work with office-based coordination and requires someone who enjoys building relationships and solving day-to-day operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit contracted farms to provide support and guidance
- Coordinate producer audits, sampling, and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate farm data, certification records, and production forecasts
