We are seeking a hands-on Line Lead to take full operational responsibility for a small-scale bottling facility in the Inverness area. This is an immediate start for a local specialist who understands the "nuts and bolts" of beverage production. You will be the technical lead on a dedicated team, ensuring our filling and packaging lines run at peak efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • Technical Expertise: Mandatory hands-on experience with Monoblock or Triblock bottling machinery (rinsing, filling, capping).
  • Local & Reliable: You must be based in the Inverness-shire region with a full UK driver’s licence and your own transport for early starts.
  • Full Ownership: You will oversee the entire line, from machine setup and changeovers to basic maintenance and production flow.
  • Eligibility: Candidates must already have the permanent right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship or work visas.
