We’re working with a large, value-added processing facility looking to appoint an experienced Butchery Manager to lead from the front and set the standard on the shop floor.

The role
  • Lead and develop a high-performing butchery team
  • Drive improvements in yield, waste, labour efficiency, and quality
  • Maintain the highest standards across food safety, health & safety, and compliance
  • Coach teams through hands-on leadership and strong knife skills
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to product specifications and traceability
About you
  • Experienced Butchery Manager / Senior Supervisor within food or meat processing
  • Strong people leader with a hands-on, floor-based approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 & HACCP certified
  • Fluent English (essential for safety and traceability)
