Key responsibilities may include:ð1 Corporate Tax Compliance: Managing and reviewing corporate tax computations and returns for a variety of businessesEnsuring clients meet their corporate tax obligations efficiently and accuratelyLiaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and resolving tax queriesAssisting with R&D claims and capital allowancesð1 Corporate Tax Advisory: Supporting clients with tax planning, restructuring, and international tax mattersAdvising on M&A transactions, due diligence, and tax-efficient structuringAssisting with share schemes, venture capital tax reliefs, and other specialist areasProviding tailored advice to help businesses navigate complex tax legislationWhat We're Looking ForCorporate tax experience within practice (all levels considered)CTA-qualified, ACA/ACCA-qualified, or studying towards CTAStrong technical knowledge in either compliance, advisory, or bothExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsA proactive and client-focused approachAbility to work independently and as part of a growing teamWhy Join This Firm?
