The firm has been growing steadily over the last few years and are looking for an Audit Manager to join the audit team delivering client work and providing coaching to junior colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing end to end client assignments within agreed budget and timetable.
Leading, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, from initial contact and tendering through to on-going fee negotiations, retention and expansion of work with them.
Leading, managing and developing people, actively participating in the training and development of our trainees.
Contributing to implementation of technical changes, client training and the firm's development.
What we are looking forA Chartered Accountant with an audit qualification and experience in managing audits, including audits with a range of levels of turnover and complexity and interaction to FD/chief executive level.
You will be used to managing a portfolio of clients as well as participating in the new client tendering process.
