As a Management Accountant and PA to Partner, you will be a key part of the team, providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:
Providing statutory and management accounting services to a varied client base
Working closely with a Partner to support client advisory and business strategy
Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reports
Overseeing Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext for clients
Supervising and guiding junior staff members
Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards
Supporting process improvements and efficiency initiativesAbout You:ð1 Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred)
ð1 Strong experience in management accounting and general practice
ð1 Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext
ð1 Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
ð1 Motivated, self-starter, and proactive mindset
ð1 Comfortable working in an office-based role (no remote work)
