With a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and continuous growth, the firm is seeking a Senior Client Manager to join the team and contribute to their success.

The role: As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships.

You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring that clients receive excellent service.

Full training will be provided with regards to the unique accounting requirements of their niche client base.

Key responsibilities: Managing and overseeing a portfolio of niche tech clients.

Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents.

Providing strategic financial advice and guidance to clients.

Identifying opportunities for additional services and upselling.

Managing and mentoring a team of accountants, guiding their professional development.

Working closely with Directors to drive business growth.

Qualifications and requirements: ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.

Previous experience within an Accountancy Practice, particularly in a client-facing role.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.

Team leadership and mentoring experience is a plus.

The package: Competitive salary: 55,000 - 70,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
