Our client, a thriving Practice company, is seeking a diligent Semi Senior Accountant to join their team in Sevenoaks, Kent. If you have experience as a Semi Senior or Part Qualified Accountant and are eager to exceed client expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client manager responsibilities for a portfolio of clients
- Preparation of proposals for new and existing clients
- Preparation and reviewing of VAT returns
- Preparation and reviewing of basic management accounts
- Preparation of CIS returns
- Preparation of statutory reporting
- Year-end opening balance adjustments
- Preparation of Corporation Tax returns
- Company secretarial services
- Reviewing work from a Client Assistant prior to publishing this within Xero or relevant accounting system
- Go to person for initial client queries
- Software support for clients Xero and app setups/training
- Budgets/forecasts with clients
- Training Client Assistant and Client Adviser roles
General Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level client service with a focus on value addition
- Meet client deadlines and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
- Act as the go-to person for client queries
