We’re working with a friendly and well-established firm in Wallington who are seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join their team due to an upcoming staff relocation. This is a great opportunity to take on varied responsibilities in a down-to-earth, client-focused environment.
The Role:
You’ll be involved in preparing accounts and tax returns for a broad portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. You’ll work closely with senior team members and benefit from hands-on support as you continue developing your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of year-end accounts for SMEs and owner-managed businesses

Personal and corporation tax returns
-
Bookkeeping and VAT returns

Liaising directly with clients and supporting with day-to-day queries

Supporting managers and seniors on wider practice work
What We\’re Looking For:

AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part-qualified

Minimum 2 years’ experience within an accountancy practice

Confident preparing accounts and tax returns with minimal supervision

Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar cloud-based tools
-
A positive attitude and eagerness to continue progressing
