This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take ownership of their own portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services. You ll gain exposure to a wide range of individuals, from business owners and high-net-worth individuals to company directors and professionals, providing you with interesting and rewarding client work.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of private clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns and related compliance
- Advising clients on personal tax matters including capital gains tax, property income, and inheritance tax
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Supporting with tax planning projects and advisory work where required
- Assisting in the training and development of junior staff
