The Roles

  • Corporate Tax Compliance:
    • Managing and reviewing corporate tax computations and returns for a variety of businesses
    • Ensuring clients meet their corporate tax obligations efficiently and accurately
    • Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and resolving tax queries
    • Assisting with R&D claims and capital allowances
  • Corporate Tax Advisory:
    • Supporting clients with tax planning, restructuring, and international tax matters
    • Advising on M&A transactions, due diligence, and tax-efficient structuring
    • Assisting with share schemes, venture capital tax reliefs, and other specialist areas
    • Providing tailored advice to help businesses navigate complex tax legislation

What We’re Looking For

  • Corporate tax experience within practice (all levels considered)
  • CTA-qualified, ACA/ACCA-qualified, or studying towards CTA
  • Strong technical knowledge in either compliance, advisory, or both
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
