Overview

Responsibilities
- Review and ensure accuracy of accounts, bookkeeping, management information and compliance for client portfolios
- Organise workload and assign tasks within the team to meet deadlines
- Train, mentor and support team members to develop capabilities
- Act as primary client contact and manage communications with clients
- Monitor quality of work and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
Key requirements
- ACA, ACCA or AAT qualified, or strong qualified by experience
- Solid background in a practice business services or outsourcing team
