The firm: We are working with a well-established Accountancy Practice located in Sevenoaks, known for their expertise in serving the technology sector, including tech start-ups. The firm is dedicated to helping these innovative companies navigate their complex financial landscape. With a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and continuous growth, the firm is seeking a Senior Client Manager to join the team and contribute to their success.
The role: As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring that clients receive excellent service. Full training will be provided with regards to the unique accounting requirements of their niche client base.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing a portfolio of niche tech clients.
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents.
- Providing strategic financial advice and guidance to clients.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and upselling.
- Managing and mentoring a team of accountants, guiding their professional development.
- Working closely with Directors to drive business growth.
Qualifications and requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.
- Previous experience within an Accountancy Practice, particularly in a client-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience is a plus.
