We are recruiting for a talented individual to work directly alongside a Partner, playing a crucial role in managing client accounts and supporting business operations.The Role:As a Management Accountant and PA to Partner, you will be a key part of the team, providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career in practice, with opportunities for professional growth and development.Key Responsibilities: Providing statutory and management accounting services to a varied client base Working closely with a Partner to support client advisory and business strategy Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reports Overseeing Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext for clients Supervising and guiding junior staff members Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards Supporting process improvements and efficiency initiativesAbout You:ð¹ Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred)
- ¹ Strong experience in management accounting and general practice
- ¹ Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext
- ¹ Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- ¹ Motivated, self-starter, and proactive mindset
- ¹ Comfortable working in an office-based role (no remote work)
