In this role you will support a Top 20 accountancy firm in delivering high-quality audit and assurance work for entrepreneurs and SMEs. You will work within a team to plan, execute and complete audits, while developing your technical and client-relations skills. The role offers study support and clear avenues for progression within a dynamic, growth-focused firm. You will contribute to delivering BrighterThinking through practical financial insight and reliable service.

Responsibilities
- Planning, execution and completion of audits under supervision
- Preparation of accounts and reports
- Co-ordinate client planning with firm departments
- Client and third-party relationship management
- Leading on-site audit teams and meeting deadlines and budgets
- Business development with existing clients and prospects
- Development and supervision of trainees
Key requirements
- Studying towards ACA/ACCA with professional/applied skills stage completed
- Minimum 18 months of Audit and Assurance experience in an accountancy practice
- Experience leading external audit assignments from fieldwork to completion under ISA
- Experience preparing accounts under UK GAAP
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel)
- Independent as well as team-oriented
