Client Manager, Accountancy Practice

Responsibilities:

– Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships

– Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports for clients

– Oversee accounts production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards

– Conduct audits and regulated work for a small number of clients

– Provide expert advice and guidance on accounting and tax matters to clients

– Assist with the training and development of junior staff members

– Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry trends

Requirements:

– Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accountancy firm

– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations

– Experience in accounts production and familiarity with audit and regulated work

– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
