A well-established firm based in London is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Bookkeeper to join their growing team. Working with a varied portfolio of clients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, delivering excellent service, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Managing bookkeeping for a portfolio of SME clients across various sectors
- Preparing VAT returns and submitting them in line with deadlines
- Reconciling bank statements and producing management accounts
- Supporting clients with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts where necessary
