We are working with a well-established and highly regarded accountancy firm in Worthing that is seeking a motivated Audit Senior to join their Assurance and Advisory Group. The Role
- Assist in the execution of regulatory and statutory audits for a diverse client base
- Support clients by identifying risks, opportunities for growth, and performance improvements
- Prepare accounts and corporate tax computations
- Provide premium audit support to Managers and Senior team members
- Play an active role in client relationship management, maintaining and developing new client connections
- Ensure clear and proactive communication with Managers regarding timelines and deliverables
- Take part in ad-hoc advisory assignments for both new and existing clients
- Stay up to date with professional standards through regular training and development
What We’re Looking For
- ACA or ACCA-qualified
- Relevant practical experience in audit and accounts within an accountancy practice
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in audit and accounting software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence in delegating, reviewing work, and mentoring junior staff
- A proactive, client-focused approach with experience in direct client contact
