Working directly with the Practice Manager, you'll play an important part in keeping the day-to-day running of the practice on track. What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the team with bookkeeping and accounts preparation tasks
  • Assisting with client work across a range of general practice assignments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and processing data efficiently

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in an accountancy practice setting
  • Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade A–C, including Maths and English
  • Reliable, organised, and punctual with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Salary: £25,000+ FTE, depending on experience
  • Hours: minimum 22.5 hours per week across 3 days
