We’re currently supporting a well-established Top 100 accountancy practice in their search for an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join their team in central Birmingham.

The Role
- Leading and completing audit assignments both onsite and remotely
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, VAT, and tax returns
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff on assignments
- Contributing to ad-hoc advisory projects and technical compliance work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear and confident communication
- Identifying value-added services and opportunities to support clients further
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accountancy practice environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation principles
- Proficient with cloud-based software (e.g. Xero) and familiar with a range of accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
