Overview
You will lead and deliver audits for a diverse client base, ranging from small to large organisations and charities, while developing a pathway toward Partnership within 2–4 years. The role sits in a growth-focused firm with hybrid working, offering both technical challenge and progression. You will manage audits, oversee independent examinations, and handle accounts and tax work across various client types. Responsibilities
- Manage and complete audits for a varied client base (SMEs, large companies, charities)
- Lead a portfolio of independent examinations for charities and related entities
- Oversee accounts and tax work for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal tax returns
- Ensure compliance and RI status readiness and progression
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality audit solutions
Key requirements
- ACA qualified or ACCA with option to convert to ACA
- 3–5 years of practice experience
