Overview
In this role you lead a SME client portfolio within an established Ashford practice, reviewing and finalising accounts to a high standard. You mentor the accounts team, ensuring quality work and timely delivery while partnering with directors on client relationships. You drive ownership of client service and contribute to firm growth through effective collaboration with partners. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients and own client relationships
- Complete and review a wide range of accounts
- Review the accounts team's work and ensure output quality
- Provide feedback and develop the accounts team
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong client contact
- Support partners with day-to-day matters
- Keep work on track against deadlines and internal budgets
Key requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
- At least 5 years' recent practice experience
- Strong knowledge of FRS 102, including Section 1A
- Confident in reviewing work and developing others
- Comfortable leading client meetings
