Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Bexhill
Salary: GBP25,000+ (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time or 4-day week considered (minimum 29 hours/week)

This role is pivotal in providing outstanding support to both clients and colleagues, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact: greeting clients and answering/forwarding calls with a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing meeting room bookings and setting up facilities
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks including typing letters, scanning, handling emails and distributing post
  • Assisting with general office duties to ensure efficiency and organisation
