The role Managing a portfolio of owner-managed clients from planning to sign-off Reviewing accounts, corporation tax and VAT prepared by the team Meeting clients to talk through results, tax and planning points Managing workflow, WIP, billing and recoverability Developing the trainees and seniors below you Working with the directors on process and further Xero rollout Why consider it £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience A genuine conversation about director level progression Real autonomy, not a review-only role Varied client base plus charity, trust and service charge work Hybrid and flexible working Brighton location with good transport links Best suited to someone ACA or ACCA qualified with three years or more post-qualified in practice, who is already reviewing and wants the next step without moving into a large impersonal firm
