About the Role: a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy firm are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Audit Partner to join their senior leadership team. As Audit Partner, you will lead the audit function, help drive growth, and play a critical role in shaping the firm's future. You will also maintain and grow strong client relationships while mentoring and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the firm's audit department, ensuring high standards of delivery across all engagements.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various sectors.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing strategic insight and assurance.
  • Develop and lead business development initiatives to attract new audit clients.
  • Provide strong leadership, mentoring and development to the audit team.

About You

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in audit.
  • Proven track record of managing a substantial client portfolio and leading audit teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to make an impact at partner level.
