A growing, forward-thinking practice in Eastbourne is looking for an AAT Level 4 accountant to join their accounts team and support the Client Managers. The firm is expanding through organic growth and acquisition, and there s a genuine pathway here from Junior Client Accountant through to Client Manager as your experience builds.
You ll get real variety, hands-on client contact and the kind of exposure that helps you grow rather than keeping you stuck on one task.
What you ll be doing:
- Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparing corporation tax computations and supporting schedules
- Handling bookkeeping reviews and VAT returns
- Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Preparing Self Assessment returns and liaising with HMRC where needed
- Building strong relationships with a portfolio of owner-managed businesses

- Salary of 30,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
