Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for Corporate Tax? We\’re working with a respected independent firm in East Sussex who are looking to welcome a skilled Corporate Tax Specialist to their growing team.
The Role:
In this pivotal position, you\’ll take ownership of the corporate tax review process, supporting the Partner on a wide variety of tax matters. Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing draft CT600s prepared by the accounts team, raising queries, and finalising for client signature

Assisting with corporate tax compliance across a varied portfolio of clients

Supporting on tax advisory projects such as group restructures, EIS/SEIS applications, and EMI schemes

Liaising directly with clients and HMRC where appropriate

Playing an active role in improving tax workflows and supporting junior team members
What Weβre Looking For:

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) β with a strong interest in corporate tax

Solid understanding of UK corporate tax compliance

Experience in reviewing CT600s and identifying areas for query or further analysis

Ideally some exposure to tax planning or advisory work

A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with confidence communicating at all levels
