Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will manage and work with our partner, Socialudo, to co‑deliver the Prostate Matters project, which is funded by the Macmillan Care Grant. The project will co‑produce, co‑develop and deliver an innovative serious game to improve equity, cultural responsiveness and shared decision‑making in prostate cancer care. The coordinator will also facilitate the creation of an Advisory Group and organise a conference and four regional co‑production workshops across Scotland, bringing together men affected by prostate cancer and professionals to shape realistic care pathways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Prostate Matters project in partnership with Socialudo.
  • Co‑produce, co‑develop and deliver the serious game that addresses equity, cultural responsiveness and shared decision‑making in prostate cancer care.
  • Establish and lead an Advisory Group of stakeholders, including men affected by prostate cancer from diverse backgrounds.
  • Plan, organise and convene a conference and four regional co‑production workshops across Scotland.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions that bring together men, professionals and community representatives to shape realistic pathways from information‑seeking, diagnosis, treatment choice to post‑diagnostic support.
  • Collect and analyse participant feedback to inform continuous improvement of project deliverables.
