Engage influential and high‑profile individuals and trusts in the UK, connecting them to the impact they can have on men facing prostate cancer. Lead the high‑value giving club "The Pioneers", developing and growing membership and income. Provide the highest level of stewardship, ensuring existing and new supporters feel valued and are inspired to make five‑ and six‑figure gifts. Harness the support of Trustees, senior volunteers and the leadership team, involving them when appropriate. Balance stewardship of existing supporters with the cultivation of new prospects, supporting the growth of giving clubs or membership schemes as a key driver of future income and impact.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of working in a philanthropy fundraising environment.
  • Experience with giving clubs or membership schemes and with securing five‑figure gifts.
  • Strong understanding of solicitation stages and engagement techniques.
  • Proven track record of securing five‑figure gifts, preferably with major donors and/or trusts.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, trustees and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, balancing strategic and detailed work.
  • Collaborative team ethic with flexibility and drive to achieve ambitious targets.
