About the Role
This role focuses on advancing the Black Health Equity Strategy by measuring and communicating the impact of initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for Black men affected by prostate cancer.
You will bring lived experience, insight, and data together to construct impact narratives, shape future priorities, and influence decision‑making across the organisation and in partnership with communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and embed practical approaches to impact measurement and evaluation across programmes.
- Capture meaningful evidence, define outcomes, and build a consistent understanding of impact that supports learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Turn data, feedback, and insights into clear, engaging stories for stakeholders, including reports, case studies, multimedia content, and impact updates.
- Build strong, authentic relationships with colleagues, partners, and Black communities to ensure impact is captured ethically and respectfully.
- Translate complex information into accessible, human‑centred content for a range of audiences.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed impact thinking into strategy, planning, and delivery.
- Key Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience developing impact narratives and leading impact reporting that unite lived experience and evidence.
- Strong background in roles spanning impact, evaluation, and insight within health, charity, or social impact settings.
- Experience designing and applying evaluation approaches, outcomes frameworks, or theories of change in real‑world delivery contexts.
- Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data, translating insights into meaningful, accessible outcomes.
