Your role Responsibilities Providing administration support to the People Team Assisting with recruitment tasks and people projects Managing documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and invoicing Engaging in general administration tasks Reporting to the People Services Supervisor About you Qualifications Demonstrated experience in providing accurate administration support Excellent customer service skills Computer literacy, especially in MS Office Suite Outstanding English language skills (written and verbal) Experience in building and maintaining relationships Ability to relate to a diverse range of people Commitment to confidentiality and integrity Completed or ongoing qualification in Human Resources or equivalent Compensation & benefits 5 weeks annual leave Medical insurance and subsidised gym membership Lyttelton based with harbour views Free car parking Training, development & rotations The role offers a learning platform with exposure to all HR areas, ideal for skill honing.
