Role: Our client is currently looking for a Large Format Print All Rounder to join their in-house facility.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating print jobs on large format printers such as SwissQPrint, Cannon Colorado, HP Latex.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing, producing, and finishing products.
- Preparing artwork for production using Adobe Illustrator.
- Operating digital cutters such as Summa, Zund, Mimaki etc.
- Producing cut shape graphics for sign making, exhibition graphics and vehicle application.
- Operating laminating equipment and finishing printed products ready for installation.
- Applying vinyl graphics, cutting, weeding, mounting Vinyl.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Large Format printing or finishing - essential.
- Experience running large format print machines including Vutek, HP, Cannon, Mimaki etc.
- Working on a Zund / Summa is highly advantageous.
- Weeding and Cutting Vinyl.
- Able to work as part of the team to create the best solutions for our customers.
- Computer literate - specific training in our software will be given.
- A good level of written English.
- Able to work with power tools and knives when required.
- Physically able to handle media rolls and boards.
- Good communicator with customers to understand their requirements.
