Role: To take responsibility for a series of client relationships and ensure that they are managed to their fullest potential:
- To take responsibility for delivering excellence in terms of quality of work, optimising fees and efficiency
- To be the catalyst for client fee growth
- To act as the client representative and to actively support the client lead in delivering identified client projects to the highest possible standards
- Be the owner of the day-to-day client relationship and their key entry point into the business
- Manage client expectations: always meet and preferably exceed
- Quoting and processing customer orders
- Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
- Making outbound sales calls to grow relationships with existing clients
- Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production
- Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
- Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention
Requirements:
- Sales/customer service experience
- Experience conducting large volumes of telephone calls and dealing with web enquiries
- Print industry experience (Preferable)
- Experience managing accounts/projects
- Good understanding of design and artwork processes
- Strong organisational skills along with ability to multitask
- Ensure good attention to detail
- Be flexible and hardworking
