This role combines the soul of a designer with the brain of an artworker - taking creative intent and rolling it out across multiple packaging types and print processes. The Senior Adaptive Designer ensures consistency, accuracy, and commercial awareness while creating the foundations that allow the wider team to deliver design intent at scale.
The role also involves mentoring others, supporting the Delivery Manager.
