Role: You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of creative packaging design projects while building strong, productive relationships across a range of key retail clients.
- Serves as a day-to-day contact
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Confident presentation of creative work to client
- Manage client expectations by providing regular project delivery updates
- Be responsible for ensuring that all packaging projects are managed professionally
- Be able to lead high-profile projects and brand redesigns
- Lead briefing sessions with creative team
- Ensure creative output aligns with brand and brief
- Management of client POs and part/monthly invoicing
- Ensure design work is briefed in to the Design studio and work with the Design studio manager and lead Designer to ensure design requirements are met in line with critical path timings
- Work with other project management/planning roles/category to ensure all upcoming briefs and missing elements essential for design work are available and on time
- Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
- Ensure high quality standards in all client deliverables
Requirements:
Experience in an Account/Project management role within a creative environment.
