Role: Our client is currently looking for a Print Production Manager to join their well-established team in Surbiton, Surrey.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing
- Traffic Management - Scheduling workflow and understanding capacity within the Production Department
- Working closely with the Installations & Fabrications Manager to ensure product is delivered on time
- Improve production workflows & ways of working
- Lead and inspire your team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Purchase materials that conform to quality and the requirements of the job
- Quality checking on final product prior to dispatch
- Working within the H&S framework of the business & understanding risks and where they may occur
Requirements:
- Proven experience in large format manufacturing within the signage industry
- Production management experience (2 years +)
- Knowledge of Vutek, Zund, Canon Colorado's, Roland, cutters & laminators
- Ability to fix issues with rips
- Experience overseeing a team
- Stringent eye for quality control, setup robust procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
