An excellent opportunity has arisen for an internal account manager to join a well-established company, predominately working on food and beverage packaging and labels.
The role will be responsible for looking after customers and accounts from initial enquiry to completion.
- Ensuring a first-class service is consistently provided with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage and maintain project and job status trackers
- Customer facing - answering phones, emails, meeting customers
- To be responsible for producing quotes and estimates
- Raising purchase orders
- Estimating and negotiating
- Liaising confidently with clients
Requirements:
- Packaging / Print or labels industry experience would be preferred
- Proven customer service experience as an account coordinator / manager, ideally within a print / packaging or labels company
- Technical knowledge of printing processes highly preferred
- Experience with purchase orders, purchasing and estimating
- Accuracy and fine attention to detail, particularly when under pressure
- Possesses a desire to understand customer and colleague requirements
- Uses initiative when approaching new tasks, tackling problems and prioritising workload
- Team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
