Are you a hunter? Our client is a well-established narrow web printing label manufacturer in the Southeast and are looking to recruit a New Business Manager to join their team, continuing success and growth. Offering both Flexo and Digital printing and a wide range of finishes and embellishments, your target audience is limitless. Our client requires someone ambitious with a proven track record in sales, hungry for new business and able to showcase quality whilst maintaining companies' values, offering superior customer service. You must be knowledgeable and understanding and be able to solve any problems customers may face.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new business through all mediums, calls, email, social media, face to face / online meetings
- Identify and qualify new opportunities
- Manage own pipeline
- Compile accurate reports
- Negotiate business terms
- Meeting monthly targets
- Manage own diary
Requirements:
- Packaging / Labels experience - highly preferred but not essential
- Proven track record in new business and sales
- External sales experience - over the phone and visiting clients
- Good technical knowledge
- Confident in closing sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively
- Motivated by targets
- Proficient in the use of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
